10:00 am to 6:00 pm IST, Monday to Saturday.

How do I make a purchase?
Browse through all our collections. Once you find a shoe you like, click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Review your selection by clicking the ‘Cart’ link at the top of the page. You can increase quantities of selected items or remove items in your cart. To complete your order, click on ‘Check Out’ button.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, it is not necessary to set up an account. However, we highly advise you to create the account so that you can see all your orders on the website and can easily place return/exchange requests if you do decide to create an account.
How should I know the products you sell are authentic?
We at Oroh unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic and that the materials used are true as indicated in the descriptions. In case you have doubts about the product authenticity, you can speak to the customer care representative and we are sure to resolve the issue.
How do I know my size?
We use standard European sizing, and our products run true to size. Please refer to our size guide for conversion details. If you still need help, you can message the customer care representative and share the dimension of the foot, we will help you with the size of the product.

Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?
While we have made every effort to display colours of the products as accurately as possible on the website, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email info@theorohlife.com or call/messgae our customer care number +91 8979939412, to find out if and when the product can be made available.
My size has sold out, will I be notified when new stock is available?
You can write to us at info@theorohlife.com or call/message our customer care number +91 8979939412 with your size and details of the style. We will manufacture them and ship directly to you.
Can I re-order an item that is sold out on the website?
Yes, we do get fresh stocks of products that are sold out. However, as all our products are handcrafted, it can take up to 5-6 days. Please email info@theorohlife.com or call/message our customer care number +91 8979939412 to find out when the product can be made available.
What payment methods does OROH accept?
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, wallet, and cash on delivery.
If you choose payment modes other than Cash on Delivery, rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners keep your transaction details safe using secure encryption technology.
Online modes of payments are recommended. But if you are not comfortable with this, you may choose Cash on Delivery, and pay in cash when the product is delivered at your doorstep. However, we do not accept returns for orders placed via Cash on delivery.
How can I track my order?
Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email/WhatsApp message once we have dispatched your shoes to the shipping agent. This email will contain the tracking information and a link that you can use to track the status of your package. When it is delivered, we will send you another email to inform you of the same.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns/exchanges up to 15 days after you receive the items. We will give you a refund and/or exchange your shoes provided they are not worn or damaged in any way. In case of any manufacturing defects, we will give you a direct replacement as soon as possible. Please find the detailed return/exchange policy here.
We also do not accept returns of orders placed via Cash on Delivery method.
How can I return or exchange my shoes?
To return or exchange your shoe, please follow the below steps
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the ‘Orders’ tab
- Click on the ‘Return/Exchange’ button for the order you want to return/exchange.
- Select the reason for exchange/return and select the correct size and color you want now.
- Write a short note(optional) & request for exchange.

How many collections do you make in a year?
We have two primary collections each year –
Spring-Summer, which goes online in March
Autumn-Winter, which goes online in September
Each collection has a number of drops, so we can help you stay dynamic with your fashion and offer you great choices.
How can I cancel my order?
You have a 12-hour window after placing your order during which you can cancel. The option to cancel your order will be in your confirmation email. If you do cancel during this time, all charges will be reversed and you will receive your refund within 15 working days.
